Beauty Blunders: Episode 1

Welcome to the first episode of Beauty Blunders, a new series dedicated to guest bloggers and of course, you! This is a little compilation of our embarrassing beauty mishaps that made us cringe at the time, but have made us laugh ever since. I’ve definitely grinned with lipstick on my teeth at some point in life, blissfully unaware as usual. Introducing my first guest blogger of the series – Brooke Nicole Clarke. She also happens to be a lovely person who blogs about beauty, fashion and everything in between. Please check her out (links below), and here is her beauty blunder.

When I was younger, I discovered I had a ingrown hair in my eyebrow. I sat in my mums room, watching the tv and got a bit too tweaser happy and soon discovered I had plucked off half of my eye brow! I had to get my mum to fill in my eyebrows everyday until it grew back! Note to self: When trying to sort out an ingrown hair, use a mirror!

Eyebrows are such a minefield, with or without a mirror. I feel ya, Brooke. Though, those days are clearly far behind her – if you head over to her blog, you’ll see that her brows are spot on. Pretty much all the damn time. Flipping brow ninjas, honestly.

  1. I used to pluck half my brows on purpose, because they never grew the way I wanted them to. But, they do now. Lord Almighty has definitely shown me mercy and decided to be on my side! LOL. XO

  2. This is such a cool idea, I love it!! 🙂
